We have some of the latest dental technology at our Highland, MI office. Our VELscope system can detect signs of oral cancer not normally visible, and with our 3D scanning technology, we can make dental crowns that fit perfectly and look beautiful. We also offer digital X-rays, which get a more accurate image of your teeth with much less radiation.
Along with the modern tools comes modern training. Dr. James E. LoCascio, DDS FICOI was the first general dentist in Michigan to be certified in the Chao Pinhole® Surgical Technique, a gum recession treatment that is much less invasive and time-consuming than traditional methods. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and he has taken courses in advanced restorative dentistry (including TMJ and bite issues) from the Pankey Institute For Continuing Dental Education.
We also give one of the most thorough and complete dental exams in Michigan, because we know how early detection can makes things much better for your health and your wallet.
At Highland Advanced Dental Care, we know nothing looks quite as beautiful as a full set of healthy teeth. That’s why we offer a full range of dental treatments to restore your smile and help it look the best it can be.
If your teeth hurt and you have trouble chewing, our restorative dentistry treatments can help. We can repair tooth decay with our tooth-colored fillings, inlays, and onlays. Our dental crowns can cover and protect damaged teeth, and if you’re missing any teeth, our dental bridges and implants can put a strong replacement tooth in place. We can even use All-on-4 implants to replace a full arch of teeth.
If your teeth are working well but look bad, we have cosmetic dentistry treatments to make you happy with your smile. Teeth whitening can remove stains, dental veneers can hide imperfections, and our ClearCorrect short-term adult orthodontics can make your smile even and aligned.
We also offer general dentistry treatments to cover almost everything else: athletic mouthguards, gum disease treatment, and of course the traditional cleanings and exams.
